1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment must be made before check-in unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules
- Guests must provide valid ID proof at check-in.
- No smoking inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
- No loud music or parties after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
5. Liability & Security
- Alanas Homestay is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to secure valuables and use the provided safety measures.
- Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
6. Pets & Visitors
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
- Visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.
7. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
8. Privacy Policy
- Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and hospitality purposes.
